The new COFC eCommerce Customer Portal is now live and ready to use! To begin using the new portal you will need to set up a new eCommerce account and password. To set up your new eCommerce account you will need three pieces of information, which can all be found on an invoice from our new system dated after September 4, 2024.
The three pieces of information you will need are:
1. Account/Patron Number
2. Store Number
3. Invoice Number
Again, These three pieces of information can all be found on any invoice dated AFTER September 4, 2024.
Once you enter in the three items you will be able to search for your account. Once you find your account you will be asked to create a Username, Display Name and register an email address for the account. Once you have put in the information needed, you will click “Create Account” and an email will be sent to the email address you provided. Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the email to be received. Once you receive that email, you will be directed to login to your account. Once you are logged in you will be able to see your invoices and set up a payment option!
